  1. Open Accounts Center

    In the Instagram app: your profile, then ☰, then Accounts Center.

  2. Start an export

    Your information and permissions, then Export your information (some phones say Download your information), then Create export and Export to device.

  3. Use the three settings shown

    Anything shorter than All time leaves followers out.

  4. Download it and come back

    Save the .zip, then choose it at the top of this page.

Fair questions

Will anyone know I checked?

No. This site never contacts Instagram or anyone on your list. Unfollowing happens in Instagram, by you, and Instagram doesn't notify people when you unfollow them.

Someone on the list does follow me. Why?

Most often the export wasn't set to All time, so older followers are missing from the file. Request a new export with All time. Renamed accounts can also look like non-followers.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Yes. Download the .zip from Instagram, then choose it from Files on iPhone or Downloads on Android. If your phone unzipped it, select followers_1.json and following.json together.
